Subject: [kygcoord] Update #4

I understand that due to a glitch in the system, several of you did NOT get this last email. My apologies. I know you must be feeling frustrated seeing the change of due dates, especially since some of you were meeting this weekend. If you can email me to tell me that your resolutions, planks and candidate information will be on the way by Monday night, then we can work it out. If you have them done before then, then please send soon. It will all work out. It is most important that your group has a positive experience with the assignments. BUT, please let me know that they will be here by Monday.

Next, the Statewide caucus sites are attached. IF YOU SEE ANY CONCERNS OR PROBLEMS, NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY PLEASE! It is VERY important that I have a cell phone number for the adult with each delegation so that I can contact you should we have any glitches in the system that night. So if you don't see your name and cell number on the chart, PLEASE email me with it ASAP. I have also attached the procedures for the evening; this will help you with the details.

The hotel extended the registration through Friday, tomorrow. So, if you haven't made your reservations yet, please do so today.

I will have the final KYG agenda for you early next week. If you are trying to schedule appointments with your legislators, Monday after the tours would be a good time.

On Saturday night, of the KYG Conference, during Session A, there will be the opportunity for each county to 'set up' a county campaigning site. It will be similar to a carnival in that there will be tables around the banquet room. You may have campaign posters (free standing or on a tri-fold not attached to the wall) This would be an EXCELLENT time to focus on a trifold with your resolutions or planks explained. It will be an opportunity for delegations to roam around the room, visiting and meeting new 4-Hers from across the State but also be further introduced to the planks and candidates that different counties are bringing forward. We will also provide a scavenger hunt to encourage you to find different pieces of information. It will be a fun evening but something your campaign team may want to plan for.

Call if you have any questions or concerns
