Subject: [kygcoord] KYG Coordinator's update #6
To: 4-H Know Your Government County Coordinators
Just a couple of items:
1) If you didn't get to see the KYG Statewide caucus last week go to http://eces.wsu.edu/video/stream.html.
2) We are getting ready to print the 4-H KYG voter's pamphlet. Below is a list of counties that we have down as having a candidate. Please check the list (below) and send any corrections to Tiffany Boswell, mailto:tiffany_boswell@wsu.edu
3) If you want a particular delegate to be assigned a specific focus group- perhaps the group that he or she researched and wrote the resolution for, I will need the name and group no later than Feb. 4th. It is going to take some effort to coordinate this, but I will try since I am convinced it will be the best way to honor the teens' work. I won't be able to take recommendations after this date. Be sure to mail this information to me.
4) Be sure to utilize the KYG blog to post information about your candidate and planks
Stay warm, Jan

I am missing candidate stuff from Pend Oreille and Whatcom. I have emailed both counties this morning so don't worry about contacting them. Do you know if Susan's office has a way to fold and staple the middle of the voters pamphlets? If they do I think it might look nicer if they did the printing.
