Whereas; In the first half of a presidential campaign, over 63 million dollars can be spent to promote one party; and
Whereas; There is a huge amount of money that could be spent on issues that the presidential candidate may be faced with; and
Whereas; Millions will be spent by multiple candidates in the primary elections; and
Whereas; By the end of a campaign over 265 million dollars will be spent to win an election;
Now, Therefore, be it Resolved; That the 4-H Know Your Government party is committed to using practical and economical means of campaigning in any and all elections.
