Resolution: Health Care

Whereas; The World Health Organization to the United Nations was established to providing leadership on global health matters, shaping the health research agenda, setting norms and standards, articulating evidence-based policy options, providing technical support and monitoring assessing health trends;and
Whereas; Out of the system, Health care in the United States is provided by many separate legal entities;and
Whereas; Around 84% of citizens have some form of health insurance; either through their employer (60%), purchased individually (9%), or provided by government programs (27%);and
Whereas; Publicly-funded health care programs help to provide for the elderly, disabled, children, veterans, and the poor, and federal law endured public access to emergency services regardless of ability to pay; and
Whereas; Making taxation go up, and rated higher and the death tool increasing, also making insurance expensive and medical bills overwhelming are the most common reason for personal bankruptcy in the United States; and
Whereas; Health care systems in development in recent has those without coverage totaled about 16% of the population, or 47 million people; andWhereas; Keeping private parties can benefit those who are willing to pay the expensive; and
Whereas; Opening non-profit organizations that are government funded, to those who fit the need and cannot pay for health care;andWhereas; Will lower the prices of taxes, and regulate more business to offer health care to employers and persons; and
Whereas; Protecting all doctors in need of protections against all unlawful accusations made against them at any given time; and
Whereas; Not making a universal health care, but keep separate legal entities and lover prices; and
Whereas; In the elections of 2008 the debate about United States health care concerns questions of access, efficiency, and quality purchased by the high sums spent;
Now, Therefore, be it Resolved; The 4-H Know Your Government party supports private health care and access to non-profit organizations and support from the local government for those whom cannot afford private health care.
