Island County Security and Safety Resolution, by Laurrin B.

WHEREAS, America is a nation that is very large with around 301,139,947 people living inside it. And
WHEREAS, there are many laws put into place to keep all of those people safe. Including and not excluding driving under the influence, criminal justice, the gun laws and many more. And
WHEREAS, in order for everyone in the nation to stay safe the people of the nation have to follow the laws. And
WHEREAS, where as people in the nation do not follow the laws there must be people to enforce the laws and to take care of the people that break them.
WHEREAS, if the people who are our nations protectors were not around the nation would be in a state of chaos and laws would rarely be followed. And
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, there should be more work positions available for our national protectors. This includes Navy, Police, Air Force, and much more. For without these people the nation would be very unsafe for any of it’s occupants.
