WHEREAS, health care in the United States is a very complicated and controversial issue; andWHEREAS, many citizens are to be effected greatly in their health and quality of life; andWHEREAS, creating a new system or greatly changing an old system has very large impacts; andWHEREAS, changes made are not to be made in haste or without thorough examination of all pros and cons;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the state shall appropriate funds and facilitation for further research on the development of sustainable health care policies.
