WHEREAS, Future wind turbines, being more technical advanced will increase power, so there can be less of them but more power will be produced; and
WHEREAS, with less expense, space, and noise. When the wind technology expands it will be less expensive, more powerful and with a better impact on the economy; and
WHEREAS, Windmill production helps create more jobs, through need of maintenance and construction; and
WHEREAS, Windmills are environmentally safe, and friendly, because they don’t pollute the air, they don’t produce fumes; and
WHEREAS, Measures may be taken to reduce the risks upon the local wildlife that may come into contact with the windmills; and
WHEREAS, Windmills need not be built in town or urban areas, where some people may consider them to be detracting to property values scenic opportunities; and
WHEREAS, The windmills or wind farms could be built in remote areas far enough away from people to be removed as a noise pollutant to them, but close enough for regular maintenance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That wind farms be considered as a definite must in our state, as it would be less expensive, better for the economy, and more power for our cities.
