Election Reform Resolution

Whereas, an unbalance if campaign funding causes an unfair advantage to candidates from bigger, more financially secure districts.
Whereas, current limits discourage participation in politics by the lower classes.
Whereas, large donations to candidates encourage coattails and patronage.
Now, therefore, be it resolved, that campaign funding causes corruption and unfairness in the election process and therefore candidates should receive no more than $10, 000 in campaign funding of which no more than $4,000 shall be spent of advertising.
