Education Resolution

WHEREAS, Accident statistics show that teen drivers are the highest at risk.
WHEREAS, Drivers Education can reduce that risk.
WHEREAS, it cost 300 dollars or more for Drivers Education.
WHEREAS, This is a hardship on low and middle income families.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Drivers Education should be taught as a no paying class in all local schools.
