House Bill 2304 - Lincoln County
The amendment of House Bill 2304 allows children to be treated appropriately for their age and level of development. Interviews shall have a limitation on the amount of interviewers and time. A question cannot be asked repetitively and the language spoken needs to be understandable by the child. A heed of respect of a child’s right to their privacy is also important and there should be no intimidating language towards the child.
