WHEREAS, We employ popular vote; and
WHEREAS, We put monetary limits on the presidential campaign; and WHEREAS, We limit time to campaign;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the president more accurately represent the majority of the people in the United States.
